Day01 Hangzhou (L)
In the morning, we send you off in the railway station of Shanghai and head for Hangzhou. En route, you will be surprised by the fast-paced development taking place across Zhejiang province. As the capital city of Zhejiang province, Hangzhou is a city whose beauty is encapsulated by a famous Chinese couplet: "In heaven there is paradise, on earth there is Hangzhou and Suzhou". Besides, the wealth and splendour of this city has flabbergasted by Marco Polo. Your visit begins exactly as he recommends. Upon arrival you have a short cruise on the scenic West Lake and see the Three Pools Mirroring the Moon. Afterwards, you stroll in a pretty spot called Flower Harbor Park. In the afternoon, we make a walk in the old part of town and visit a traditional pharmacy. Then, we will visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda which is definitely a masterpiece of ancient Chinese architecture. Then, we head west out of the city into verdant tea-fields. You will have a chance to watch a traditional tea ceremony and enjoy a private tea tasting. Afterwards, you will be transferred to the hotel.
Day02 Hangzhou (B)
In the morning, you will be free. You can have a leisurely walk along the dreamlike West Lake on your own. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the railway station and go back to Shanghai by train.
