Step 1: Send us your enquiry via filling the forms
Just fill the following form to let us know your enquiry(It takes time but it worth). Our travel advisor will reply you as soon as possible within 1 working day. If you don't want to fill this form above, you may also just send us a single email message. Tell us what you want or which one of our pre-designed tours you like and let us help you design your own trip. The more information you give to us, the better proposal we can give to you.
Please click "Request a round Trip", "Request a Citytour", or "Request a Flight" on the Main Menu and submit the form.
Step 2: Design an itinerary for you and prepare a quote.
We will send you a "Welcome" message with specific questions if the information that you provided in your booking request is not clear to us. Your answers will enable us to prepare a proposal offering you the best deals.
With your answers to our questions we will design a plan for your tour including details of hotels, sightseeing trips and flight schedules. We may not, at this stage, be able to provide the domestic flight numbers in the itinerary but will indicate these by "late pm flight to Beijing" or "am flight".
Carefully check our proposal and feel free to amend the itinerary by changing cities, travel sites, hotels or flights. You may ask as many questions as you like when tailoring your tour. We will answer all your questions. With your additional requests and amendments, we will revise the original itinerary and send it to you with a new itinerary and quotation. These Steps may be repeated until you are completely satisfied with the final tour plan.
Step 3: Accept our proposal and send us the Payment Guarantee.
When you have finished "Perfecting your tour", received our final proposal and decide to accept our offer, there is only one thing left to do: Send us an email stating your acceptance of our offer, and prepare making Deposit or full payment. A deposit of $100 per person is required. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
Step 4: Secure and confirm your booking.
Upon receiving your Deposit or "Payment Guarantee", we will send you a email with the confirmation and tour voucher. We will immediately start making the reservations. All of the flights, hotels and other items in the itinerary were available at the time we made the proposal. However, we are not able to guarantee their availability until we have secured the bookings after receiving your paying. The earlier that you decide your Tour; the more likely we can adhere to the proposed itinerary.
