This 11-Day private tour starts with the modern city Shanghai, followed by the Suzhou and Hangzhou, there is an old saying goes like: "Above is the Paradise, below are Suzhou and Hangzhou on earth", you will amazingly find of the Terra Cotta Warriors in Xi'an and the Great wall and other must-seeing sites in capital Beijing.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 01 USA-Shanghai
Depart the USA for Shanghai
Day 02 Shanghai (L)
On arrival, our guide will hold a welcome sign to meet you. You will be transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax. You could take a walk along the famous waterfront to fully appreciate this diverse city.
Day 03 Shanghai (B, L)
In the morning, you will visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, which stands beside the Huangpu River with a height of 468 meters. It is the tallest TV tower in Asia and the third highest in the world. What's more, you will have a short cruise on this river, where you could see many activities along the river. In the afternoon, you will go to the Yu Garden, which has over 30 pavilions, linked by a maze of corridors and bridges.
Day 04 Shanghai-Suzhou (B, L)
In the morning, you will be transferred to the rail station, and an-hour train journey will take you to Suzhou, known as the Venice of the east. In the afternoon, city tour will begin with visiting the Garden of the Master of the Nets that is followed by a trip to Silk Reeling Factory. Finally, you will be transferred to the hotel.
Day 05 Suzhou-Hangzhou (B, L)
In the morning, you will go to Canglang Pavilion, which is located in the southern part of Suzhou, and is one of the most famous gardens of the city. And then you will have a short cruise on Jinghang Canal that is the longest man-made waterway in China. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the rail station and afterwards take a three-hour journey to Hangzhou where sightseeing focuses on the lovely gardens, lakes and terrific islands. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel.
Day 06 Hangzhou (B, L)
In the morning, you will take a tour by private car to Wuzhen which displays its 2,000-year history in its ancient stone bridges floating on mild water. In the afternoon, you will return to Hanghzou and have a cruise on the scenic West Lake and view Fish at Flower Harbor.
Day 07 Hangzhou-Xi'an (B, L)
In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Xi'an, one of China's ancient capitals. Upon arrival in the afternoon, you will visit the Great Mosque, which is one of the oldest, largest and best-preserved Islamic mosques in China. Finally, you will be transferred to the hotel.
Day 08 Xi'an (B, L)
In the morning, you will have a full day visit of the world-famous Terracotta Warriors where life-sized infantrymen, archer, officers and their horses symbolically guard the tomb of the first Qin emperor. In the afternoon, you will walk along the Moslem Street in the center of the city.
Day 09 Xi'an to Beijing (B, L)
In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport and take the flight to Beijing. In the afternoon, you will take a half-day excursion to explore the incredible Forbidden City with its grand palaces and courtyards. Built in 1420, it was here that 24 emperors lived and ruled for over 500 years. Then, the South Gate leads you to Tian'anmen Square - the biggest of its kind in the world. Finally, you will be transferred to the hotel.
Day 10 Beijing (B, L)
In the morning, you will take a half-day guided visit to the awesome Great Wall of China. Here you can enjoy the stunning views as you stroll along this seemingly endless piece of history, which winds its way into the far distance. in the afternoon, you will go to the beautiful Summer Palace where you can discover gardens, palaces and pavilions with temples and halls in a tranquil, landscaped lakeside setting.
Day 11 Beijing-USA (B)
You will be transferred to the airport for your homeland.
