Day 0 USA-Guangzhou
Depart from the USA this evening via China Southern Airlines.
Day 1 Enroute
Day 2 Guangzhou-Kunming (L,D)
Arrive Guangzhou and connect with your flight to Kunming. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Tonight enjoy a welcome dinner featuring "Cross the Bridge Noodles", a local specialty.
Day 3 Kunming (B,L,D)
A full-day excursion to the Stone Forest, 32 acres of karst limestone formations that have eroded into cliffs and peaks, including caves, arches and pavilions, all connected by a labyrinth of trails. It is home to the Sani people, a branch of the Yi minority.
Day 4 Kunming-Dali (B,L,D)
Visit the Dragon Gate and Huating Temple on Western Hill, and Grand View Pavilion with a scenic view of Dianchi Lake. In the afternoon fly to Dali. Check into the Hotel. Have some time to wander the stone streets of the old town of Dali.
Day 5 Dali (B,L,D)
Travel by cable car up Cangshan Mountain with panoramic views overlooking Erhai Lake. Continue to the Three Pagodas, known as the symbol of Dali, and the Bai Village of Xizhou where you'll enjoy traditional Three-Course Tea with Bai Cultural Performance.
Day 6 Dali-Lijiang (B,L,D)
After breakfast you'll drive to Lijiang, home to the Naxi people. In the afternoon visit Black Dragon Pool, renowned for its flowers and pavilions, and the Dongba Cultural Institute. Continue to Dayan Old Town where you'll explore the winding lanes of this picturesque town, crisscrossed by canals and ancient stone bridges. Check into the Hotel.
Day 7 Lijiang (B,L,D)
Excursion to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain where you'll take a chairlift to Yak Meadow. This famous mountain ascends 18,000 ft. and is made up of 13 peaks resembling jade pillars. Enroute you'll visit the White Water River, Yufeng Lama Temple and Baisha Village with its Ming dynasty frescoes.
Day 8 Lijiang-Kunming-Chongqing-Yangtze River (B,L,D)
Take the morning flight to Kunming. Between flights you'll visit Golden Temple, a Taoist temple surrounded by pine forest on Phoenix Song Mountain. In the afternoon return to the airport and to Chongqing, transfer to your Cruises with dinner enroute.
Day 9 Yangtze River Cruise (B,L,D)
Begin your cruise down the Yangtze River. Today you'll enjoy a shore excursion to either Shibaozhai, Wanxian or Fengdu, depending on the river conditions.
Day 10 Yangtze River Cruise (B,L,D)
This morning you'll cruise through the Qutang and Wu Gorges. Disembark for a shore excursion to either Danin River or Shennong Stream. Cruise through Xiling Gorge and the Three Gorges Dam 5-stage shiplock.
Day 11 Yichang-Wuhan (B,L,D)
This morning enjoy a shore excursion at the Three Gorges Dam site, where you'll have a birds-eye view of this awe-inspiring engineering feat. Disembark in Yichang midday, where you'll be met by your local guide and transferred to Wuhan (about 3 hours drive). Check into the Hotel. Pay a visit to Guiyuan Si Buddhist Temple, with buildings dating from the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.
Day 12 Wuhan-Guangzhou-USA (B,L)
This morning visit the Hubei Provincial Museum, with its 2200 year old tomb of the Marquis and his buried orchestra and attendants. Transfer to the airport for your midday flight to Guangzhou, where you will connect with your international flight to the USA.

Day 12 Wuhan-Hong Kong (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the Hotel. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 13 Hong Kong (B,L)
Transfer from the hotel to Star Ferry pier, and enjoy the beautiful view of the famous Hong Kong skyline as you travel to Hong Kong Island. Disembark in Central district, the heart of Hong Kong's financial and commercial area, and walk to the Central Market. Explore the market, then ride the world's longest escalator up to Hollywood Road. Here you will see the contrast between old and new as you walk the winding lanes filled with bustling markets, antique & curio shops, cafes & restaurants, with many pre-World War II buildings. Continue to Victoria peak with its magnificent views of the Territory, and ride the historic peak tram. Next stop is Aberdeen Fishing Village where you'll feast on dim sum for lunch, then enjoy a sampan ride through the houseboats to see the way of life of the fisherfolk. Continue to Stanley Market and browse the many shops for bargains. Return to the hotel late afternoon.
Day 14 Hong Kong-Guangzhou-USA (B)
Morning at leisure. In the afternoon you'll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Guangzhou, where you will connect with your international flight to the USA.
